The person behind the partnership

I'm Tim.
Here's what I bring.

My career has taken me through military service, private-sector workforce operations, staffing industry leadership, and more than a decade in federal human resources.

Across those settings, I have worked with employees, supervisors, business owners, and HR leaders on performance, conduct, workplace conflict, leave, accommodation processes, and consequential employment decisions.

I founded HRwithTim in 2026 to bring that experience directly to organizations that need practical HR guidance and an experienced partner.

Whether we are working through an employee concern or building a stronger workplace process, my goal is the same: help you understand the situation and take a useful next step.

How I approach the work

Clear. Practical.
Thoughtful about the people.

You should leave a conversation with a better understanding of the situation and what needs to happen next.

01

Understand before advising.

Start with the facts, the expectations, and your organization's context. Ask the questions that help clarify the issue.

02

Make guidance usable.

Connect the advice to a conversation, a decision, a document, or a practice your leaders can put to work.

03

Develop the people doing the work.

Help supervisors and leaders become better prepared for the responsibilities they carry every day.

Why development matters to me

“I love training, orientations, and helping people develop. Preparing someone to lead well is some of the most useful work we can do.”
